The centrally located kitchen with a large marble kitchen island is fully equipped and features every convenience. The four-seat bar makes it a pleasant spot for a drink or a chat while cooking. The premium Miele built-in appliances, such as the combination oven and steam oven, combined with top-quality kitchen utensils, make it a true paradise for the (home) chef.

Living Room
The spacious lounge sofa, comfortable armchairs, and large television create a cinematic experience; you can gather here cozily during summer evenings or winter days to enjoy a film or series. The dining table, which seats 8 people for a delicious dinner or breakfast, is located in the light-filled bay window with French doors and a fantastic view.

Bedrooms
The apartment accommodates 4 people in its two bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom.

The first bedroom has a lovely king-size bed and a chic en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and mood lighting in all the colors of the rainbow.

Bedroom two is identical to bedroom two with all the luxuries and features (just like the first bedroom) a large wardrobe and storage space under the bed for suitcases or other large items. All three bedrooms have direct access to one of the large balconies.

Balconies
The apartment features two balconies. The first balcony faces southwest and runs along almost the entire length of the apartment; the sun shines here from early afternoon until evening, and the balcony offers a beautiful view of the dunes and the lively Boulevard.

The second balcony offers a direct view of the dunes, where you can enjoy the sun from the afternoon until late evening. There is room to eat at the outdoor table or relax on the lounge set. If you prefer to work on your laptop, the balconies have plenty of seating and space to retreat for a moment or quietly read a book.

The impressive De Branding building is situated at the foot of the dunes, with direct access to the beach via the dune path. The complex was completed in the spring of 2022 and is already being hailed as one of the most luxurious on the North Sea coast. The building is equipped with an elevator; you will glide straight to the second floor where the apartment is situated.

Parking and Bicycles
Sunset Boulevard offers two parking spaces in the private parking area of ​​the indoor parking garage. Both parking spaces are equipped with a charging point for your electric car. Your bicycles are stored safely in the enclosed bicycle storage area within the parking garage.
