Rots in de Branding is furnished in a modern and contemporary style; the industrial touches and materials make the apartment sleek and modern, exuding character. The cast floor covers the entire surface of the apartment, and the underfloor heating contributes to the sense of well-being.

Kitchen
The spacious, centrally located kitchen, featuring a large kitchen island, is fully equipped; the bar with two seats makes it a pleasant spot for a drink or a chat while cooking. For the home chef, every conceivable tool is available, from good knives to quality pans. The kitchen is equipped with premium appliances such as a combination oven, a steam oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher.

Living Room
The spacious lounge sofa, extra armchair, and large television ensure that you can sit together cozily during summer evenings or winter days to enjoy a movie or series. The dining table is located in the light-filled bay window, with French doors and a view of the sea, seating 6 people for a lovely meal or to play a game together.

The entire apartment is equipped with fast wireless internet (WiFi).

Bedrooms
The apartment accommodates four people in its two bedrooms, both with an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with high-quality Pullman brand mattresses and adjustable bases, a large television, a bathroom with a bathtub and an extra toilet, and all conceivable amenities such as a heated towel rail, underfloor heating, and a chic mirrored wall with lighting. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and a chic bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms offer direct access to the large southwest-facing balcony.

Balconies
The apartment features two balconies. The first balcony faces due south onto the lively Boulevard, where you can enjoy the sun from morning until late afternoon. The second balcony, with a direct sea view, faces southwest, allowing you to enjoy the sun from early afternoon until late evening. There is space to dine at the outdoor table or relax on the lounge set. If you prefer working on your laptop, the balconies have plenty of seating and space to retreat for a moment or quietly read a book.

Complex de Branding Cadzand
The impressive De Branding building is situated at the foot of the dunes, with direct access to the beach via the dune path. The complex was completed in the spring of 2022 and is already being hailed as one of the most luxurious on the North Sea coast. The building is equipped with an elevator; you will glide straight to the 3rd floor where the apartment is situated.

Parking and bicycles
You can park your car in the private parking area within the indoor parking garage. Your bicycles are stored safely in the enclosed bicycle storage area within the parking garage.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in this house.

A security deposit of €400 is required for this apartment.
