A bright and spacious 4-person apartment on the 1st floor. There are 2 comfortable double bedrooms with private bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, and Senseo coffee machine, among other things.
From the kitchen, you have access to the north- and west-facing balcony. From the living room, you have access to the second balcony, facing east- and south. There is a Smart TV for watching Netflix (with your account). A second parking space can be rented for €15 per day.
The 1st bathroom has a bath, shower and double sink. The 2nd bathroom has a shower and sink.
The apartment offers you many comforts, such as a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, free Wi-Fi, and extra German TV channels. One bedroom has a TV. A numbered parking space and a storage unit for bicycles, for example, in the complex’s underground parking garage are included.

Complex de Branding Cadzand
The impressive De Branding building is situated at the foot of the dunes, with direct access to the beach via the dune path. The complex was completed in the spring of 2022 and is already being hailed as one of the most luxurious on the North Sea coast. The building is equipped with an elevator; you will glide straight to the 3rd floor where the apartment is situated.

You can park your car in the private parking area within the indoor parking garage. Your bicycles are stored safely in the enclosed bicycle storage area within the parking garage.
