De ruime centraal geplaatste keuken en met groot kookeiland is van alle gemakken voorzien, de bar met twee zitplaatsen maakt het een fijne plek voor een borrel of een gesprek tijdens het koken. Voor de thuis-chef zijn alle denkbare tools aanwezig van goede messen tot kwaliteitspannen. De keuken is voorzien van premiumapparatuur zoals een combioven, een stoomoven, keramische kookplaat, koel/vriescombinatie en een afwasmachine.

Zitkamer
De ruime loungebank, extra fauteuil en de grote televisie zorgt ervoor dat u tijdens de zomeravonden of de winterdagen knus bij elkaar kunt zitten om te genieten van een film of serie. In de met licht overgoten erker, met openslaande deuren en zicht op zee, bevindt zich de eettafel welke plaats biedt voor 6 personen om heerlijk te tafelen of samen een spelletje te spelen.

Het gehele appartement is voorzien van snel en draadloos internet (WiFi).

Slaapkamers
Het appartement biedt in haar twee slaapkamers, met beide een badkamer en suite, plaats voor vier personen. De hoofdslaapkamer is voorzien van een kingsize bed met hoge kwaliteitsmatrassen en verstelbare bodems van het merk Pullman, een grote televisie, badkamer met bad en een extra toilet en alle denkbare benodigdheden zoals, een handdoekenradiator, vloerverwarming en een chique spiegelwand met verlichtingen. De tweede slaapkamer heeft tevens een kingsize bed en een chique badkamer met inloopdouche. Beide slaapkamers bieden direct toegang tot het grote balkon op het zuidwesten.

Balkons
Het appartement beschikt over twee balkons. Het eerste balkon ligt pal op het zuiden aan de levendige Boulevard, u heeft hier vanaf de ochtend tot de late middag de zon. Het tweede balkon met direct zicht op zee ligt op het zuidwesten, u kunt hier vanaf de vroege middag tot de late avond van de zon genieten. Er is plaats om te eten aan de buitentafel of te relaxen op de lounge-set. Werkt u liever op uw laptop, de balkons hebben genoeg zitjes en ruimte om u even terug te trekken of rustig een boekje te lezen.

Complex de Branding Cadzand
Het imposante gebouw de Branding is gelegen aan de voet van de duinen, met direct toegang tot het strand via het duinpad. Het complex is opgeleverd in het voorjaar van 2022 en wordt nu al bestempeld als een van de meest luxe aan de Noordzeekust. Het gebouw is voorzien van een lift, u zoeft zo naar de 3^e verdieping waar het appartement is gesitueerd.

Parkeren en fietsen
Uw auto parkeert u in de privéparking in de inpandige parkeergarage. In de parking staan uw fietsen veilig in de afgesloten fietsenstalling.

Huisdieren
Huisdieren zijn in dit huis niet toegestaan.
